  We had an excellent experience with Kurt and the rest of the staff at CMP when we purchased our home. They were very knowledgeable, proactive and informative as to what our options were and what we needed to do and provide so that we avoided any "Oops!" moments. Our closing went very smooth and we actually were able to get in the house sooner that we thought. I highly recommend CMP to anyone who is seeking a mortgage! P.S. They also communicate with a great sense of humor - a nice touch during a stressful time!

  Ivan torres never reached out to let me know what was going on. On multiple occasions I would call and get sent straight to voice mail. Then he would tell me that he is busy, which I understood, but then he would make no effort to actually reach out. It went on for a couple of months and eventually I got tired of dealing with his poor communication and work ethic. The worst experience I’ve ever had!
