  I had a really fantastic experience in a very short time. I was given 10 days to close as deadline after a different bank could not close. I contacted RP funding and worked with John Hill. He and his team were amazing and were always looking for my best interests. They actually managed to close the purchase within the given time frame. I would highly recommend RP Funding for anyone who is looking for a banking organization who are professional, friendly, quick and efficient.

  I'm a Realtor and RP Funding has saved the day for my buyers many times! They've closed a deal for me in 10 days, when another lender couldn't do it in more than 30. They have great customer service from start to finish, not only with my clients, but also with me. As an agent, it's so important to work closely with the lenders to get the deal done as stress free as possible for our clients and I can honestly say that RP does it every time. Thanks RP for always having my back :)

  Don,t Waste Your Time! I had listened to radio show and decided to refinance with RP Funding I have a great credit score but my situation was a little different than most borrowers as I had been out of the country for 3 years so only had last year's tax return and had a property where one structure of 3 was rental income. I told the loan officer all of this up front, was told no problem. They then didn't get back to me for a week after I called said they hadn't received my credit reports....I saw they hadn't even checked. The same day they did get hard credit reports but I had to call 6 days later and the loan officer had to be reminded of my situation. We started going through the whole process again with the questions etc. Then came I will have to talk to... but we have a very narrow margin for giving loans unless you meet our standard requirements. I had told him in the first conversation I did not have 2 previous tax returns due to being out of the country. Bottom line I was never going to qualify but hit my credit anyway and agent hoping for a miracle kept me hanging for 2 weeks. Should have just said on first phone call sorry we will not be able due to our requirements. Buyer Beware. Cost me points on my credit score and am now in the position if I go somewhere else another hard hit on my credit which as you know more than 2 is very negative on score. Not up front at all!!

  I did not have a great experience at all from beginning to closing. I was even told in November that I have to pay my mortgage insurance myself even though I have an escrow account with them until this nice lady name Pamela came to my rescue. The customer service is very poorly run, They act as if they don’t care and that they only there for a paycheck when they are dealing with someone biggest investment . Shame on you people, I can only imagine how you sold yourself during the interview, promising the best customer care😩😩😩😩😩😩, sure, I have never got some of that good Custumer service😫. Long wait on the phone and really almost get the result expected.

  I just closed on a house 3 days ago using RP Funding and would highly recommend them. They were able to get everything together for a smooth closing in only 15 days! Alan, Christine, Meaghan, and Steve were all efficient, knowledgeable, speedy, and moreover they were KIND. RP Funding made what could have been an extremely stressful situation (a SUPER fast close) a smooth and seamless experience. On top of that, they were able to offer me a fabulous rate! They were a pleasure to work with and if I ever need to buy a house again, I won't use anyone else.

  Ok I don't know what is wrong but I've been trying straighten out your insurance and escrow on my account since September. Simply a overpayment was made from my escrow to my property insurance in October. In early November a check was sent back to your insurance dept., They said they never received it in late November( since that had to cancel the first one and wait 10 days before they would reissue) a 2nd check for the overpayment was sent to your dept. And was deposited in December, in January I look online and see it's still not showing on my online account so I called and they said they hadn't received it yet I wait another week and call back around January 17th and they tell me that they see where they did receive back the overpayment but was not sure why it doesn't show online so I asked then for a new escrow analysis be done said it would take about 2-3 days to complete. Wrong, cause when I called back on February 3 I was told it should have been done by January 25th and that it would be escalated. I then asked to speak with a Manager cause this was going nowhere. Was told manager was unavailable but they would leave the manager my info and they would contact me back the next day.... Pure BS.... It's been days and still no contact back, still no approx. $1800 in my account, and still no escrow analysis...yet here we are over almost 5 months later and still not resolved

  RP Funding did all that it said they would with a total outline of what to expect. The only short comings were mine. Highly recomend RP Funding

Mr. James Schnaath was my Loan Officer and Mr. Michael Del Valle was my Customer Service Representative. I simply could NOT be happier with this company. They treat you professionally, courteously and they charge you less fees and provide an equal or lower interest rate than the big banks can. I offer you the highest and best qualified recommendation I possibly could. This company, and their people are GREAT.

  Went through RP Funding for my refinance. Tamika P. was the person who took care of us. If there was ever anyone who went above and beyond in their job it was Tamika. She was quick to respond even after we had gotten the loan and had some questions. She knew the company policies very well and was a great representative for them. I will only use RP Funding for my future mortgage needs.
