      Horrible service when it comes to card services. They use a 3rd party company for fraudulent charges which withdrew money from my account twice as a mistake after crediting the wrong amount initially. So not only did I have to wait for over a month on money from fraudlent charges, I got charged DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DURING THE DISPUTE AND HAD TO WAIT TO GET THAT MONEY RETURNED THAT WAS NEVER DISPUTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! What a complete hassle of 4 hrs of phone calls dealing with incompetent reps to still WAIT ON MONEY THAT WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AS THEIR MISTAKE. If I wanted to give loans out I would open my own bank!!!

      I had to close an account. The lady I had an appointment with was accidentally double booked, but she STILL took care of everything while they were understaffed. Still have an account with them, and I'll keep it that way.

      After many months of positive service, I had an experience in which I waited in line for 15 minutes (one teller up front dealing with what was clearly a very complex transaction - several people sitting around in offices and one behind the counter). It was not until I had waited 15 minutes and the line was 6 people deep that the second person behind the counter was called to help in my simple deposit (2 minute transaction). Unfortunately after this experience I have limited my banking relationship with what was a very positive group.

      I have been a member of this bank for 22 yrs and have seen it’s services diminishing! They use to provide smart phone service where you could check anything pertaining to your checking and savings services at anytime, you could call the main # and in less than 7-10 mins get a live person to assist you. For the past 15 days I have been trying to call to speak with Rep and get recording to hold for never available person, giving me a wait time of 28-72 mins and I have held and no one not once has answered and I’ve held for upto 1 hr and 45mins with not response! In 15 days I have held for 300+ minutes. Today, Monday I called & 8:50am recording came in that I had a 21min wait period and I held for 45 mins and hung up!! Either they are getting ready to go out of business or it’s time for me to look for another bank/credit union!

      Now I understand why this credit union has many bad reviews, the staff and the service by phone is terrible, I am so happy that I close this account

      It's ironic that a company called "insight" would lack the awareness to realize that stranding their customers without account access for a nearly a week would be a problem. This "core conversion" debacle is one of the biggest customer service gaffes I've ever seen. Change your name to "Incompetent Credit Union".

      I’ve been using this credit union and it’s previous incarnations for over 30 years. In the last few years, they have progressively gone down hill. They aren’t even bogged down by FDIC regulations. They are bogged down with their own company regulations and corporate BS. Do yourself a favor and pick a better credit union or just go to a bank and not be bogged down by M-F, 9-5 inconvenient banking.

      Quite possibly the worst financial institution I have attempted to deal with. Never became a customer because they were so rude. wish I could do negative 5 stars. and negative 5 stars for their staff especially.
