  Stacy was a tremendous help. I chose to refinance after becoming a single parent. She not only was super helpful in explaining everything to me, she was very empathetic to my situation and emotions at the time. She has continued to go out of her way to answer questions for me months later when I have had them or she has pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. The overall process took me approximately a month from initial email to refi check in hand.

  Stacy helped me with my mortgage purchase and most recently my home equity line application! The process was so simple she was available all the time to answer my questions. We closed in weeks on my home equity line. She is very known is the Joliet region, and works very well with other realtors!

  We decided to take advantage of the crazy low interest rates and refinance our home. Saved several hundreds and went to 15 year! We have always loved working with First American Bank & Stacy Parks!! Years ago had a bad experience elsewhere and almost didn’t get the home we wanted because of that. Stacy acted quickly for us coming in at the last minute when the other bank had wayyyy more time but left our file on a desk. Stacy def saved the day. We have been with her ever since. We also love banking at First American because they always know us and are so friendly. They get all our jobs done and everyone we refer to them is beyond grateful:)
