  My most recent experience with Smart Mortgage Centers have been absolutely wonderful. One specific employee Lesli Padilla is the main reason why my experience was such so great! Very helpful, respectfully and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and made everything less harder on my end. Im 100% certain I would refer her if I had to go back. Definitely a great, hard working employee!

  Owen Weddel made my experience on buy a home just absolutely fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and patient and will explain all steps and process clearly.   My experience as a first time buyer was to be honest stressful, anxiety provoking and exciting all in one. If not for the professional and dedication of my Realtor ,Owen and Jamie who both made the experience painless. I would of have panic attacks being so close.to becoming a home owner just to be out bided was discouraging at time. However with the support of my realtor team and family I found my forever home.   Michelle told me everything to expect upfront and told me I could close in 30 days or less. I was very skeptical because the past few times it has taken much longer and tons of red tape. To my (very pleasant) surprise, I submitted docs and had a conditional approval less than a week later. After appraisal came back good, Michelle called me with a “clear to close” and set the closing time for a couple days later. Even then I thought something would get held up, but sure enough we closed a few days later. I can only say that I will NEVER use an online only service again. The local touch and service exceeded expectations.
