      I do not like that Chase asks for identification when making a deposit. I can not send someone to make a deposit for me. I understand asking for identification when making a withdrawal, I don't want them giving money to the wrong person but a deposit i don't care who puts money in my account as long ad they can't take it out. Chase is the only bank that does this I bank ar 4 different financial institutions and they are the only one.

      Outstanding staff. I have been going there for 8 years. Chase is an excellent bank anyway but this location seems to be extra friendly. It’s quite clear the staff get along well with each other. I walk in I’m greeted and not in a phony way. They know me by name and remember something about the last time I walked in. When I have any kind of problems or questions on my accounts I am promptly helped and I’m walking out confident that that all is well. Honestly ignore the bad reviews on here. In my opinion someone giving a bad review here is having a bad day. Really people grow up and give an honest review. Not one that reflects your bad day.

      Either fix your website or continue to provide 24 hour support over the phone. I have called 4 different numbers I was given for support all of which told me to go online before hanging up on me. So i signed into my account through the app and the website browser to report fraud on our account, and the options I've been told to use online don't even show up. I understand we are dealing with covid, but there is no reason you can't have a real person on the other end of your phones.

      Banked here for years, until a quick pay went to the wrong account. Dee, my personal banker was on vacation so I had to work with Rick the Branch Manager. Rick was uninterested in helping, rude, and had zero professionalism. All the Chase Branch, Bankers have always been professional and helpful. This branch needs a review of the manager. With many locations to choose from, skip this one.

      The dont have a teller. So its just a very big ATM. If you need any real bank service either bank with another institution or never expect help from this branch.

      Would've been a 5 star except some ladies behind the counter don't listen when you tell them to give you all 100s and instead give you stacks of 50s, 20s, 10s, 5s, and 1s. When you specifically asked for 100s.

      I am very disappointed with chase I disputed a charge on my credit card and on April 20th put it back on without my approval I was on the phone for 3 hours no one could help me got hung up 3 times until I talked to Barb from Illinois I'm considering canceling my credit cards with chase if they would of called me instead of recharging me I would of explained how to take care of it.consider using another credit card company until they can figure out how to handle any problems thanks again Barb for all your help

      My wife banks here. They are always friendly and personable; sometimes even remembering what you were talking about last week! They are also quick here unlike most banks

      I had a very bad experience at this location some of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I try to talk to Rick the Branch Manager to report it but he was simply uninterested.

      Very good customer service inside, but they need more than one drive up ATM like other Chases have (most others I have been to have at least 2). There is always a line.
