  Awesome company with a great staff! They had some really amazing properties to choose from and we have always loved St. George Island so this was just perfect. Very happy with our selection, which was the largest and nicest beach house we have ever rented. We weren't quite sure about being in a house with everyone for en entire week however there was more than enough space so that we never stepped on each other's toes. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and with some extra touches that made it that much sweeter. So nice to be able to just wake up and walk right out onto the uncrowded beach everyday. There are some cool local restaurants & bars on the island as well. Everyone in our party had an absolute blast. Fantastic experience overall ---> Highly recommended!

  What an amazing trip to St. George Island, many thanks to Premier Properties. We were looking for a good location with some specific requests that my family and friends were wanting in a beach house. This is our first time working with Premier and VERY happy about our rental and the customer service. My family really wanted a beachfront house with a pool and hot tub.They went above and beyond to assist me in selecting a house (out of many gorgeous rentals) to fit our needs. The communication was great and on point with my groups questions and requests! Everyone in my party was so happy and blown away with everything. Kudos to Neil who was great! He was personable, friendly, and assisted us with how to operate the hot tub. We enjoyed our prime island time. We made some great memories on this trip, the location was perfect and we got everything we wanted and more. Thank you Premier Properties, we will be back and can't wait!!

  Fantastic stay in a truly remarkable beach house. So much thanks to the property management team that helped us with (more than one) family outings and catered dinner experiences. Never even new about this area, will definitely be back.

  Beautiful homes! They obviously put much thought into updating their homes to accommodate larger families and create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Great experience with them!

  We rented Marleyvale a couple weeks ago, and it was nothing short of a disaster. There was no hot water throughout most of the house. Maintenance came out 3-4 times, saying it was fixed each time, but it never was. Then the A/C went out... maintenance did come out and bring a portable unit which helped little, but we were still without air on the bedroom floor for the last 2 full days.We paid a lot of money for this rental, and were not offered any sort of credit or refund back. The maintenance team that came out assured us we would get some money back - but we never even heard anything from the rental agency. Very disappointed and will never use SGI Premier again. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else...

  Recently had an opportunity to stay at one of the properties called Sun of a Beach. Without a doubt this was the cleanest beach house I have had the privilege of staying in as well as one of the best centrally located yet also private areas on the island. The management was kind and accommodating to everything that me and my family needed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend if anybody gets an opportunity to go to St George Island that they take a moment to look into this property management company and in particular this house. I know me and my family will be back very soon.

  The people at SGI Properties are amazing! They are super helpful and always professional to deal with. I’ve used them many times and they never disappoint. They are always there for me and will do anything to make me comfortable and happy. I would never, ever consider using anyone else! Quite simply they’re the best! Did I mention that their properties are spectacular!

  We had an amazing time on our recent vacation! The house we rented with SGI was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the view was incredible. My husband and I completely forgot to bring the pack-n-play and we were desperate. The staff at SGI personally brought us one and a high chair at no additional cost. I was so grateful for the prompt and caring service. We will rent again for sure.

  We had a completely horrible experience!!! The property was not what was what advertised!!! When we complained and nothing was done. I started doing some research after speaking to several different people— I started to notice that the people I spoke with and people who made positive reviews were the same names!!! I also noticed that when people made complaints they never tried to fix an issue however handled things as they did when we had our problem...by telling us how great they were but not willing to do anything!! Do not waste your money on lies and fake listings when there are so many other rental companies to use. Again, look at the comments they left on other people’s complaints that will tell you all you need to know! Also, all the houses they list aren’t even ones they rent out..do your research before renting from them!! I unfortunately did it after!!! Don’t make the same mistake!

  Had a great experience with SGI Premier Properties! Loved my stay in Above the Dune. View was amazing, house was cozy, well appointed, and very clean. St. George Island is a new favorite. Will be back!
