  Very nice house for SGI for the price, roomy and generally well equipped. TV was an issue with the main tv lacking a cable box and only being connected to cable directly...analog, non HD programming on oddly numbered channels...ugh. Kitchen was as well equipped as that of any that we have been in at SGI plantation (perhaps 15+ homes over the years) and the level of cleanliness, especially of the kitchen was great. VERY dog friendly, with an outdoor dog bath and dog pad coverings for some of the furniture (just like home for our boy!). And the elevator!! We've never used one before but a newly developed bad back in one of our party's members made that a more than weelcome perk! Staff at RVP...office, maintenance and housekeeping are all great - we love to repeat with them.

  We’ve been renting through RVP for close to 20 years. The service and communication never disappoint. So many memorable vacations made possible through RVP.

  I was on a sponsored veteran /or law enforcement trip recently through HHO and was fortunate enough to stay in a donated RVP home. The house was gorgeous and well kept. I can't thank you enough for your generosity and helping HHO make this possible.

  We were supposed to check in the day of the Michael mandatory evacuation. The staff was so kind to us, especially Kim. They have treated us very good during the entire process. We didn’t get to enjoy St. George Island this time, but we will in the future and will definitely use Resort Vacation Properties St. George again.

  Our week at Aloan By the Sea was terrific. This was our 3rd year to rent here and it will definitely not be our last. The house has all the comforts of home while being perfect for the beach. Easy beach access. Only a block away. Beautiful views from the huge porch overlooking the private pool or the master suite or the upstairs sitting area. A screened porch for lunch or dinner. Huge kitchen with upgrade appliances and everything you need to make "eating in" easy. Spacious well appointed bedrooms and a special place for the kids with built in bunks and a shelf for games. You'll not be disappointed if you choose Aloan By the Sea for your large family or multiple families wanting to share memories.

  Used to be a good company but has lost many loyal guest due to poor management. If something breaks or isn’t working don’t expect for it to be fixed. Go to another company if you want what you’re paying for. Shame on you as a company.

  These people are first rate for customer service. We had a WiFi issue and they were all over it with a uniformed professional. Also a simple cracked window and they were right there. Finally, when we left the island, I left hundreds of dollars of fishing equipment leaning up against the back of the house. They sent someone to investigate the matter, found my fishing rods and reels and make sure I got them back. Kim was the person that oversaw my equipment retrieval. Big fan of these folks.

  Thank you so much for helping us fall in love with St. George. First time visitors and will be back. Such a pleasure to work with Resort Vacations, they could not of made anything more simple. The house was spotlessly clean, great location and truly had every item you could possibly need....other than a hairdryer, but I was on vacation so who needed to spend time drying....just go for walk! Thanks so much. 5 stars all around.

  Our stay was fantastic. When we needed anything we called the office and someone came within minutes. I would highly recommend renting from Resort Vacaction Properties of St George Island. I know this trip will happen again and when it does. I will book through you!!!

  Love this place! Gave me the best deals and best houses ever!! Would rate this 12 stars if I could, staff so friendly and helpful! I spoke to Ca-len and she set me up with our 2 week stay and IT WAS THE BEST VACATION EVER!! THANKS CA-LEN! WE WILL BE BOOKING OUR YEARLY VACATION WITH THEM EVERY YEAR! #BESTVACASPOTEVER!!
