Nick Nascimento1Need more staff. Waits are way too long every time I've come in. Not to mention half the time They tell you to just use the app or go online. If I came in, it's because I wanted a human to help me face to face.

Ramón Agreda1We came here twice to open a bank account for my sister. Our “Personal Banker”, Reina Arando, was mean and very rude tu us, twice. The first time, she wouldn’t open it because my sister didn’t have a proof of address, so she said a letter would work. The second time, She wouldn’t accept our freaking proof of address because it wasn’t a “official” thing. It was a freaking letter “officially” mailed to her. What the hell did she mean by that? She treated us poorly, rudely, and made us waste our time. Somebody needs to talk to her and remind her that she is supposed to at least fake a smile, try to be nice, and do as much as she can to make people happy with her service. I can’t believe how bad she made us feel.

Jake Hurst5The ATM inside of the lobby is state of the art. It’s so convenient how you can get $1s, $5s, $20s, and even $100s. If you need $50s, the drive-up ATM has those. I wish the multi-denomination ATM was 24 hours in a vestibule like Chase.

Samantha Johnston1Literally had the worst experience here today. Felt like this bank did not care about helping me or my husband at all and just wanted to go home so they didn't help us do what we needed and we had to schedule another appointment 2 weeks out because they "didn't have time." So frustrated. Been with Wells Fargo for 7 years but this experience has been so frustrating that I'll probably end up closing my accounts and going somewhere else.

I'm a business owner and when I visit he goes above an beyond to make sure I have a great experience there. This week he invited me to an event at the Utah Valley Chamber so that I could make connections for my business. Great update to the building and great rep for the branch.
