  SquareLend is a great company to do business with! I am a highly satisfied customer! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for lending solutions for their house or real estate portfolio. I am a real estate investor who has done multiple lending transactions with other lenders/brokers. None of my previous transactions compared to SquareLend. David from SquareLend was very patient, attentive to detail, tailored my loans to my financial goals and he responded very quickly to all of my questions. I was well informed of every step of the loan process. There was always communication with David and his team via email, text or a phone call. Which is where SquareLend outshines other companies I have worked with. I was never wondering what was happening in the loan process. SquareLend rates are also very competitive and the fees are good. David always kept his promise on timelines and closed my loan on time without any delays. I will definitely be a returning customer for my future lending needs!

  Normally I would not write a review unless the business is excellent or super bad. In this case, it's beyond excellent! It was a pleasure working with David from SquareLend. He was very approachable and professional. He guided me smoothly through out the whole process from getting a mortgage pre-approval loan to completing my escrow. I would say I am pretty picky trying to find the lowest possible interest rate in this market. After comparing different lenders, going back and forth with them, I found SquareLend was the best that had offered me! David was able to lock the lowest rate that was available. No other lender can beat the rate he got for me at that time, so I was happy knowing I got the best deal. I really appreciate his effort in meeting my best interest and expectation. He is truly honest to his words, he was upfront and informative, there's no BS. Without a doubt, I would do business with David from SquareLend again. I would recommend him to anyone who need a mortgage loan.

  I have recently bought a house with SquareLend and have always had great experiences working with them. The process always goes pretty smooth and it helps that they have some of my files at hand to make the process better as I am a repeat customer. Ephraim from SquareLend goes above and beyond to submit all forms in a timely manner and make our goals possible. I have worked with them on numerous occasions and plan on working with them again in the future. Definitely recommend their services if you plan on purchasing a mortgage.

  David Chea was so great to work with. We purchased our first home with his help and it was truly such a positive experience. David made us feel comfortable and he was very thorough in walking us through the process. We really appreciate how patient and helpful he was whenever we had questions. As a first time home buyer, I naturally worried about a lot of things, but David kept us up to date and made sure we weren’t surprised by anything.   My wife and I just recently purchased our first home with the help of David Chea. As first time homebuyers we were still new and unfamiliar with the whole process, but David was there to help every step of the way. He was very patient answering all of the questions that I had regarding the loan. He was easy to get a hold of and was available on nights and weekends, and he kept us up to date every step of the way by reaching out to us through email or text. This whole process was easier and more simple than I expected, and David was a big part of that. We opted for a shorter loan contingency and David was able to work quickly and in a timely manner. We were even able to close earlier than the estimated date! We could not have asked for better results. I highly recommend SquareLend for anyone looking for lending options.
