  We have utilized Justin an NuHome for two home loan refinance and a home purchased and have been pleased each time. When we were introduced to Justin/NuHome, we were already working with another broker, but wanted to research other brokers and lenders to see if we were getting the most competitive quotes as Justin was recommended by friends, After a few email exchanges, we were impressed by Justin's honest, straightforward, and no-nonsense answers. After further communication, we eventually cancelled the refinancing deals we initiated with others and committed to moving forward with NuHome. And now know we absolutely made the right choice. Right from the beginning, we couldn't believe how easy it was to work with Justin and the NuHome team and how the experience was such as stark contrast as compared to our experiences with other brokers and lenders. Justin was straightforward and honest about everything - including the closing costs and fees. Considering we initiated the refinance process at a time when interest rates were at most volatile due recent financial news, Justin was sensitive to it and stayed on top of things, bending over backwards to make sure we were being placed in the most advantageous position. Each time information or quick communication was needed, he was quick to respond and willing to accommodate as best he could; including but not limited to working with OUR work schedules. Each time, he was patient and willing to take the time to answer questions (sometimes answering the same question again and again ...) as well as explain every step in simple, easy-to-understand terms. After working with him for a few weeks, it was pretty clear that having some of the most pricing in the market wasn't his only goal, but coupling it with some of the best "CUSTOMER SERVICE". That was apparent also with our experience with everyone involved in the process are always on top of things, keeping us updated, answering questions and helping expedite the process along the way. All in all, it's a great experience working with Justin and his team. Without hesitation or reservation, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND NuHome or your home refinancing and/or purchasing needs and if needed, will definitely work with them again in the future.

  Team JB was great!! Christina was our main point of contact but Justin was definitely overseeing it all. Highly recommended! He's very informative and has the experience. thanks for helping us with our home, we will never forget it! hopefully buy another home soon

  I cannot say enough great things about Justin and his NuHome Team! Fantastic! From the first phone call to close, it was a fantastic process. They made us feel like family and took us through the entire process with the utmost care. All questions and concerns were answered and explained in simple teams and with clear details. We were in such good hands with Christina, our point person through the process, and she made it so easy by being available whenever we needed her. She rocked! What a team! Two thumbs way up.   6/2/2021 I Just want to start off by saying wow I'm truly impressed on how fast Justin team Christina and Uri were they were on top of everything it went by so smooth we even closed over a week before our estimate date our loan estimate came in lower than expected and they even matched another lenders rate I know they might not be the cheapest out there but they sure are wroth it they thrive on customer satisfaction they are always available to answer your questions and they keep you well informed. It makes it some much easier knowing you have someone on your side when your making such a big purchase it was truly a pleasure working with them and when I refinance I will definitely use them again .Thanks again I would 100% recommend this team to all my family and friends .

  For a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the entire process and especially concerned about finding the best rates and lender. I closed today and can vouch for the NuHome Team's professionalism and responsiveness. I began the process with Uri who went out of his way in the beginning to explain various financing options and the lending process to me. That one-on-one meeting with Uri and their competitive rates helped me choose this lender over others. Towards the end of the process, I worked with Christina who was above exceptional in her communication about the loan process, various updates, and overall responsiveness to my queries. I would highly recommend the NuHome Team.

  Consider me another satisfied customer. My wife & I really loved working with Justin Brown and his team on a recent refinance of our home mortgage. We wanted to work with someone who was trustworthy, easy going, and explain the process as needed as we went along. Justin did all of that wonderfully. He was always willing to answer my questions, and did so promptly. He was available all hours and weekends too, which is important if you are trying to lock in a changing rate. No regrets here! Very satisfied, and the new loan is completed

  This is the second time we have worked with Justin through NuHome Financial and we could not be more satisfied. After purchasing our home in 2013 his team constantly checked in and continue to send out all the latest valuable information about the market.   Justin and his team helped us refinance a bad loan, we are now free from the reverse mortgage that was on my mom's house, we are eternally grateful for all they did to help us get out of this bad situation.
