  Gave me horrible advice to take out two loans rather than a Jumbo. Refinanced a few months later to a jumbo loan and saved hundreds of dollars. The loan took longer to close than he had quoted us on. Now, he will not stop loading my email with junk. I have click unsubscribe and I still get emails from him. I have owned three homes and done multiple refi's this was the worst experience I have every had!

  Hello Trudi I am so sorry that you feel this way. I am glad you wrote this review because I had no idea. At the time the option I provided you was the best option that I had (generated the lowest payment). The company I was with then did not offer jumbo financing with the down payment that you had available so that is why I provided you the option I did. Since then I have moved to brokering loans which gives me more options to provide my clients. So sorry for the experience you had but I am glad you were able to refinance into a better loan program and that you wrote this review so I can be aware of this experience you had. I have removed you from all marketing lists.

  Tim helped us purchase our first home in over 30 years. With having to sell our existing home and purchase the new home at the same time, timing and flexibility was paramount and Tim and his team were great even when it seemed the close of escrow date kept moving further and further away. Their office was both convenient and professional and their positive updates were greatly appreciated for people not very experienced like us.   I originally got my loan through Tim early 2014 and will be obtaining a refinance and/or 2nd purchase through Tim as well.There is no need to shop around with Tim as your guide. He is very informative, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile in customer service to ensure you are not only getting a great deal but also fall nothing short of happy afterwards. He has an expansive network and used it to ensure my loan was expedited. I was walked step by step from open to close and made my purchase fantastic! Thanks Tim, I'm still loving my home.

  Tim Manfro was awesome. I've been recommending him as a lender to my friends, and family. I initially didn't know where to begin financially on the home buying process. I thought I would never buy a home because of my credit. But he made everything easy for me, and gave me steps to follow to fix my credit; and improve mortgage payment options. Now I have a home that I love, and can financially afford.

  Tim Manfro and his team of leading ladies Maria, Courtney and Martha are fantastic to work with. Their turn around response time was less than 24 hours. Tim was also very attentive and always checking in to see how my home buying process was going until we locked in my home, a few months after looking. Every time I wanted to revisit buying in a different county or at a different price point Tim’s team would crank out estimates at the drop of a hat. I have always heard people are so surprised at all the closing costs or additional fees that may come with closing escrow on a home. I was never surprised by any number.
