  I had a very complicated refinance and Jerry Ruiz stuck with me through all of the challenges until we finally were approved and at an interest rate better than we even initially had hoped for! I coud not be happier. I am not saying it was easy. Infact, It was very difficult. But Jerry did his best to make recommendations, help me with tracking down solutions, research and find what was needed until finallly I had the results I needed.
