  I have been working with Aaron for the last year and I can easily say that he is the best, most knowledgeable mortgage broker out there! He cares about his clients and works extremely hard trying to get them the best rates and always makes sure he is ready to close on time! Communication with him is quick and to the point. He will listen to your specific situation, making you feel heard and understood and will then take the time to break down whatever you need explained. I highly recommend using Aaron and Spyglass Lending!

  Aaron at Spyglass Lending is the kind of lender you want, no NEED to work with in this current real estate climate. As a mortgage broker, Aaron has been the glue that has held together several of my troublesome transactions. I'm grateful to refer clients to Spyglass lending because I know my client will be taken care of and the deal will close! Aaron is responsive, communicative, and creative all the things I NEED in a mortgage broker.

  I used Aaron Pfeffer at Spyglass Lending for my mortgage refinance. I was so confused by traditional banks and never felt like they were working for me. Aaron was a breath of fresh air, he held my hand through the whole process and got me a great rate. I would highly recommend his services, good person and extremely knowledgeable!

  I’ve the last two years we’ve worked on 3 loans with Aaron at spyglass and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The real estate industry doesn’t really pride itself on great customer experiences. However I feel with spyglass it’s in their dna. Aaron is incredibly knowledgeable and has years of experience in real estate and lending. If you need a refi, mortgage or hard money loan Aaron is your guy.

  Finesse, pose, professional, prompt, confident, and reliable, to name a few, are the first words that come to mind when I think of Aaron Pfeffer, President, (and his team) over at Spyglass Lending. Not only has he been able to close deals on time, or sooner, he prides himself of building trust with all of the buyers I've referred to him.   10/10 Would Recommend! Aaron was phenomenal! From our first conversation to the most recent one where he confirmed successful close of escrow, Aaron was highly communicative throughout the entire process. He recommended a strategy for my refinance that was exactly what I needed and was available every step of the way, proactively keeping me updated of where we are in the process and what I can expect next.   Aaron is truly EXCELLENT loan broker and a huge step above the rest! He is always responsive whenever I need him 7 days a week and does a superb job of keeping my clients and I updated on deals that we are working on together to ensure we are all on the same page. As a Realtor, I take my referrals very seriously and I do not hesitate to send anyone I know (including friends and family) who is looking to do a purchase or refinance over to Aaron. He knows how to think outside the box and can also do "non-QM" mortgages which come in clutch for those Buyers who are business owners or independent contractors and do not fit into the normal criteria for traditional banks/lending. On-time closings & great service...what more could you ask for!
