  I needed new insurance and got a suggestion from family to try them. I'm SO thankful I did!! I called and they were very efficient and helpful. Great rates and customer service. Julie was my agent and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect coverage at the best rate possible and even followed up with me the next day to remind me to finish some stuff. I am definitely a new loyal customer and very thankful for a business that still believes in excellent customer service! Thank you Julie and thank you Century One Insurance!!!

  Today there are so many companies and individuals who like to say they promise service only to find out they are just in it for the quick buck. Aida and Maria are just the opposite. You know they are there with you for the long haul as you need them. When I first met Aida 5 years ago, I had all my insurance set up for both my auto and business. A loss of a job and some situations changed that quickly. At a chamber function I asked Aida a simple question regarding some options for my situation on the phone. She in turn asked me some simple questions to get a better understanding. I was so comfortable with her that a few days later I was in the office with Aida discussing my options. We came up with the best solution and I had my auto insurance back for my family again. They were prepared with multiple choices and explained each one in depth. I would highly recommend Century One Insurance. The best and caring team to work with.
