  Irene at ID Mortgage Broker is the best broker I ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to communicate with. She took time to answer any of the questions I had. ID Mortgage Broker has great, competitive rates. We just refinanced our home with them and are extremely happy. Also wanted to mention Alex, he is Irenas loan officer. Alex is also very knowledgeable young man that helped us with a few questions. Overall ID Mortgage Broker is a great company to work with, I will be referring my friends to them.   I am SO so happy to have use ID Mortgage broker for my cash out refinance on my two homes. I had an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT situation and I don’t think any other business would’ve been able to make it happen. But Irina and Alex made sure I was taken care every step of the way! My favorite is that when the appraiser low balled our home value, Irina made sure to get us the appraisal we deserved! It was a tough and long process but it was handled with care and strict professionalism. They worked really hard to make sure my home was refinanced and my second home was paid off!   If I could give Irina at ID Mortgage Broker more than five stars I would. It's not often you come across such a great and hard working Company. I tried unsuccessfully to get refinancing for our investment property from two other Mortgage Brokers who simply just failed us. I located ID Mortgage Broker from an internet search and Irina (CEO) of ID Mortgage Broker took such good care of us we felt as if we were the most important part of the team. They were expedient in the processing of our application and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Irina found us a great lender to work with and I am so happy with ID Mortgage Broker's service. I am now refinancing my other home with them.
