  After many failed attempts with different investors, it was refreshing to find someone that you can see yourself doing more business with. Judy was very responsive and knowledgeable .   I have just closed 4th loan with Judy. She was able to arrange this one with the money that came from the same investor who did my 3rd loan. I refinanced my previous purchase and money was wired to the investor’s bank account. It stayed on her account for a couple days and was wired to the new escrow to fund my new purchase. Wow, Judy is so efficient! Because of her outstanding professionalism people like me can win bidding wars in very competitive markets like San Francisco and at the same time the investors’ money is working non-stop earning very good return. On a side note, I get asked all the time why do people like you with FICO scores close to 800 need hard money lenders. You are the poster child for a why Savvy investors choose hard money. Time and time again you've successfully been able to outbid even cash buyers. Because you structure your offers with 14 to 21 day closing times and no contingencies other than appraisal your offers are repeatedly getting accepted even above cash offers. Not an easy task in this competitive market. No Bank could ever be depended on to close loans structured this way on time. As such, the next best choice is close with private money and refinance months later into a conventional loan. This has been a winning strategy and I look forward to helping you with the loan number 5 whenever you're ready.
