  Jake and his team were incredibly quick, responsive and helpful in securing a great mortgage rate for my new home!! Their professional service and communication was top knotch from start to finish. They were available, responsive and helpful every step of the way, and as a new homebuyer, this was incredibly comforting in making new feel like I was in great hands!   Working with Spring Bank Mortgage was a pleasant experience. The team was very responsive when it came to my questions and concerns. However, word of advice for anyone purchasing a home, be sure to have your financial paperwork in order, because the underwriters will ask for it.

  I recently refinanced with Debbie Sanders through Spring Bank and my experience was wonderful! My dad is a loan officer in IL, and he helped me with a lot of questions I had. He has been in the mortgage industry for a long time and he felt like Debbie was very honest, straightforward and got me a great rate. I ran into some issues with the person who did the appraisal (she didn't know what she was doing and treated my refinance as if it was a home purchase) Debbie and her boss Jake were extremely accommodating during this stressful situation and they made it happen for me before Christmas! All in all, I highly recommend Debbie as I know she won't try and cut corners and will give you the best rate and value you can get. I am so happy I refinanced as I'm saving quite a bit of money per month!
