  I came into the branch without an appointment and received excellent service from Yuliya. She was very patient and made sure all my banking needs were taken care of. This branch is a bit out of the way from my house, however I’ll be back again due to the excellent service.

  Upon arrival was greeted by Alvi, who I’ve spoken to in past. He’s a solid guy and always been very helpful. I then met with Yuliya who helped handle all my banking matters. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with with and got the job done!

  I wanna take a moment and write a well-deserved review for this branch. The branch manager Mr. Alvi deserves much appreciation. Recently, my brother and I opened our first ever account with Bank of America, and just after opening the account we faced problems. The branch manager Mr. Alvi walked through the whole process while staying in contact with the online support and ended up solving the problem! Thank you for your service!

  The focus here is getting new accounts. They will not answer the phone, they will not help the one teller while the branch is full of existing customers.. They claim pandemic is the reason they don’t have another teller, but 3 other people are standing around waiting for new accounts and loans. It seems to me that moving one of these people to a teller position would lower the backup and better allow for social distancing... also answering the phone would help me know if the one teller even had the funds available for my transaction... we have got to do better. I encourage customers to find a competitor that knows how to take care of existing customers..

  After a year of not being able to be added virtually to my husband’s account with no option to sign digitally during a global pandemic, we made an appointment during our work day and brought our high risk daughter bc we both needed to be present. They called the day before to ask to reschedule since they double booked, we said no due to work, and they assured us they could make it work. Despite having an appointment, we sat waiting for twenty minutes before being helped. The employee did not have any of our details we provided in making the appointment. We were told the process would take ten minutes and we wouldn’t need to extend our parking - that wasn’t the case. Not at all impressed with how seriously BoA is taking pandemic risks, given that we hoped to not be sitting around in an enclosed area at all. THEN - an employee touched our newborn after being EXPLICITLY told no. Already wildly inappropriate to touch a child without asking, but given COVID it’s especially inappropriate.
