  We had to do a “mailed in” mortgage closing. Maria ensured all documents were properly signed, notarized, and witnessed. The documents were mailed out and scanned back properly without us having to worry about it. The money is well worth the peace of mind knowing the mortgage documents will get handled properly.

  This is the place to go if you are in need of notary and apostille services. Dominique makes the process very convenient with her accurate pre-appointment instructions, great location and state of the art venue. I dreaded going for an apostille but Dominique made it a breeze.

  We had great service from Dominique with a remote closing package, 70+ pages, that needed to be done next day after we made an appointment. She did it early and scanned and sent the whole package to our real estate agent and closing attorney. Highly recommend Dominique and her company.

  Dominique was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with! I was visiting the area from out of town and she was able to come to my location to notarize a document for a refinance loan closing using a POA. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a notary!

  Fantastic and fast service. Highly professional notary. My Dad was having issues finding a notary to help with his power of attorney. Dominique responded immediately to my message via Google maps and scheduled appointment in our home. Arrived right on time and helped me get my dad's power of attorney notarized.   I highly recommend Loan Signing Agent! Dominique was super quick and easy to find. I called and set up an appointment within the hour. I parked next to Starbucks and she met me right in the lobby. Temperature checked when I went in which was awesome. Definitely call if you need a notary, you won't regret it!

  I came in to complete an I-9 form with an authorized agent, who was Francisca. She was very nice and helpful! The process was quick and efficient, though it is a bit pricy for how brief the interaction was. Otherwise I would recommend this business.
