  I’ve had some unexpected repairs come up on my car and was struggling to figure out how to pay for it. A friend mentioned Speedy Cash and I figured “why not?” I was so happy when I walked out I could have been floating on clouds. I was approved for more than enough money for repairs and the customer service was spot on. I want to make a shout out to Alondra who was so helpful and friendly. She made the experience pleasant and I won’t ever forget how amazing the process was.

  Poor Customer Service. Refused to answer a question. I am Limited in mobility and cant make the trip to the location only to be denied. Mid sentence of trying to explain this to the manager she started talking over me and became very rude and hostile even. I told her then, that it was a waste of time to even call them and to have a nice day. ( hung up ) If you can't answer a question or be civil or anything on the phone at all whats the point of even having a phone number?
