  Went to Speedy Cash and could not believe how wonderful Maggie was. The customer service was fantastic. Very friendly, clean & made the experience fun. I'm deffdefinia customer forever thank you Speedy Cash and Maggie for making it so great.

  They give nice service! You get lube the first month even! After that , sorry, but no. And with referral program you get $10! Just for setting up a buddy with same service. I love speedy cash!

  Edit: the manager called me back, after reviewing the call that I had. They decided to cash the check, since I had been told it would be done. I am mad that it didnt happen while I was there, to save me some money, but I've never had a company take the side of the customer like that. Will lie to get you in the door. Called in advance to verify they could cash a check, they reviewed my account and said I could, overdrafts my account to get there, then refused to cash the check. I understand the process, which Is why i called in advance, knowing that the issuing bank was closed. I expect not to be lied to when i ask about a company's services.

  My experience here was great. Some of the best service I’ve ever had. Thanks to Claudia and her co worker. It was rough at first because I’ve never pulled out a loan before and was very frustrated and confused. Even started crying in front of them!! But thankfully they were patient enough to help me get what I needed and let’s some stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend this place & will be back!

  These employees are typical, seedy, and bottom-rung as far as their customer service etiquette goes. They don't actively explain themselves, nor the procedures for their services. As a customer, you'll be left to wonder what the folks behind the counter will require of you for the service you're buying. Also, they talk rude about their customers right in front of you. Oblivious bunch of rude folk.

  Sr. Manager Jasmine at the main and Alma school branch in Mesa AZ was very helpful and professional and I would recommend this branch to people who are trying to get a loan it was quick and to the point .
