  I cash my businesses checks at different check cashing companies all over the country and have to say that although the representatives at all of these places have the option to be neutral, provide an attitude of helpfulness, or be complete haters when it comes to the process of cashing my customers checks, I've found that the mostly Latina women who I've had to deal with in Phoenix have mostly been unhelpful. However I met a young lady named Karina at this particular Speedy Cash that made me feel as though I was a valued customer. She was extremely upbeat and had a great attitude. I used to have a huge thing for Latina women before one threw a candle at the back of my head over a domestic disagreement. My time here, until I met Karina, had just reassured me of the opinion I had of the tempers of these beautiful women. I would have given this location 5 stars had it not been for the unnecessary scepticism of two of their other employees over one piece of information that was completely unnecessary to share with my hard earned customer and me trying to get the name of the best customer service representative I've experienced in all of Phoenix when doing business with Speedy cash. If you are going to do business with speedy cash, go to this location and ask for Karina! She will do all she can to speak as though she was personally invested in you getting your needs met. Actually for that reason 4 stars instead of 3.

  I just got into town.Went to 2 other check cashing places to cash my out of State Government pension check. One wanted $145 to cash a $2400 check. My bank wanted to put a hold on it. Its a Government check!! Anyways went to Speedy cash. I had out of state ID as well. Cashed it in a heart beat for only $40. Talk about relief and being happy.

  This location so far has been in my opinion the best as far as customer service and friendliness. All of the employees at this location are always so friendly and make you feel appreciated. I like going to this store just for that reason. Keep up the good work!

  Ever since someone went to this place and put my number down and theirs, I’ve been harassed. This place alone called me 3 times in 24-hours looking for someone who wasn’t me. I told them they had the wrong number. Then they started to send me texts. I opted-out of them and blocked the number. BUT they obviously sell your information because now I’m just getting texts and calls about 3 times a day saying my credit application needs to be talked about or I’m missing out on loans, etc. I’ve blocked about a dozen numbers in a week and they just keep coming. Selling customer information is horrible, but selling information for someone who’s not even a customer is even WORSE.
