  Location got ONE star; I would never go to that branch again...terrible treatment. Other branch closed so I went to this one, first time, to MAKE A MTG/LOAN payment...give them money! I got a hard time/third degree rash of questions because I have the deed/ownership to mtg. property but they left the loan in his name. He's been deceased two years and I've kept payments current + xtra towards principal. Had to show Driver's license and answer a lot of questions too. They should bow-down to me for not letting it go into foreclosure instead of being treated terrible. DON'T GET A LOAN FROM THEM....not customer helpful/friendly IMO.

  Snakes. I came here to get an auto loan. Teller informed me that I had a $450 debt with them from 12 years ago. I asked if they could provide me with more information in regards to this debt and they said they could not at the moment because it was so far back in past. I never received any letters, calls or emails in regards to this debt. BUT I was willing to pay it to them in good faith to further the loan process. They denied my loan AFTER I payed my 'debt' with them. I have an excellent credit score and a stable career and they still wouldn't work with me. Terrible business. Extremely disappointed

  This branch was helpful but this review is for SCCU in general. Have an auto loan for past 2+ years. Sent me a late notice because instead of paying the loan they deposited the check into the share savings account which was necessary to secure the loan. I did not pick SCCU for this loan, the dealer did. My past experience with credit unions is at best they are incompetent and worst they are crooked. Had a car loan with a credit union in Virginia where when I mailed in the payment, they would wait til long after the due date to process the payment and then charge me a late fee. Do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable Bank.

  I have had spacecoast for years. I have a vehicle loan through them and a savings account. They are usually pleasant to deal with unless of course they are making ridiculous account charges appear and disappear. At one point they made 250$ just disappear from my checking account. With all of my bank information documented I was able to get my money back, but needless to say I won't use this bank for anything other then this last loan. Honestly they suck.

  I applied for a car loan through a dealer that used this company to do their financing... I never heard ANYTHING back from them... not yes, not no, not anything. Some guy who I don't even think exists named Raphael was supposed to get in touch with me and he never did.... I tried calling for 2 weeks and left numerous voicemails in vain... never got one call back and never even spoke with this person... Apparently, only Raphael is in charge of the car loans, and he doesn't even know how to use a telephone. I considered giving him a link to a Youtube video on the how to use a telephone, but I'd have to actually be able to speak with him to do that... I can't think of any other reason for him to have completely ignored me, except that he just doesn't know how to operate a phone. It's OK, though, because my own credit union approved me (Fairwinds) and with a better interest rate that I would have apparently gotten if SpaceCoast hadn't ignored me.... so thank you SpaceCoast, you actually saved me money with your non-existent customer service!

  Had issues with the main company, who I absolutely find shady, non-forthcoming/uninformative, and complete pain to deal with-for many reasons. However, the ladies at this particular branch were very helpful, informative, and went out of their way to try to help me figure out a problem another branch/department caused. I implore the company to hire more people like them.

  Opened up a new account at space coast, I was so happy with the service I received from Dominique, her patience with us was phenomenal. I'm real happy we chose space coast.

  There employee's play to much, incredibly unprofessional. If you have a choice to pick a different Leander I'd recommend trying.

  Any issues I’ve ever had have been resolved ASAP. You have to just ask questions and you would be amazed at what gets accomplished.

  Friendly, kind, always at your service, busy like any other banks and I wouldn't replace sccu for No other bank, thanks SCCU
