  Virginia is the best!! She is very dedicated and great at what she does. Thanks to her our home buying experience went as smoothly as possible and she went above and beyond for us. I don’t know if this would’ve been possible with out her hard work and expertise if i had to do it again i would definitely give Virginia at southwest funding a call with out hesitation

She went above and beyond for us for well over a years time in order to help us secure our home loan for our first home.   Just closed on a house funded by Southwest Funding. Virginia is the reason I selected them as a lender. She goes above and beyond to make the experience as seamless as possible. This is the second time she has helped me secure funding for a home. First time was in 2013. Each process was a bit different, the most current one had some unique challenges. In both cases, closing was on time and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

  As a first time home buyer, the home-buying process was extremely daunting, but Virginia made it easy to understand. She guided me step by step and was always quick to respond to questions. She does everything she can to accommodate to my schedule. All the loan paperwork were processed in a very timely manner as long as you provide the necessary information. Even my realtor recommends her for her efficiency and speed. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I know I can still count on her even after buying the house.

  Wow! ! She went above and beyond of what needed to get done. When I was at work not able to be somewhere, she’d go herself to get papers for me. Closed under 20 days and I’ll just say seller chose me rather than taking more money from another. Why? Because they knew she could get it done quickly. Such a great experience me and my girlfriend will never forget. Highly recommended!
