  We recently bought a new home and working with Ryan was the absolute best. He made the transaction so easy. This was our 3rd home to buy, and it was the easiest transactions we've had. He was always available to answer any questions day or night. He also helped my son buy his first home as a first-time home buyer and also made that transaction easy too.   For me, as a first time home buyer, Ryan is the best! He made the entire process easy and understandable and was always willing to answer any question I had at any time of day!   OMG Ryan Davis is THE MAN! I NEVER thought I would own my home and it seemed impossible but this guy made it happen! We closed in less than 120 days (I bought a new double wide and construction took a little longer than expected) Once my home was ready he got the ball rolling and fought hard to get me to closing. Ryan was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Thinking about buying a home but not sure where your credit is? CALL RYAN!   One phone call to Ryan Davis who pointed me in the right direction to clean up my debt to ratio in order to buy a house! A few months later we ran the credit and started the process! They do not set you up for failure! They show you all of your possible options and what will work best for your situation!

  If you’re looking to buy a home, Ryan Davis is the person you want to work with!! We can’t say enough great things about him and O’Keven Financial! Out of all of the choices we had, they boiled down to him and another loan officer with another finance company. We chose to go with Ryan because he made us feel comfortable. During the pre-approval process he double checked everything twice to ensure we were pre-approved correctly. He was always available anytime we had a question for him. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand and he was committed to making sure things went seamlessly and we appreciated that so much.
