  Visited the Joe Harvey site. Waited in the lobby for five minutes before leaving. Lady behind counter was busy. Two employees in lobby offices did not look up to acknowledge my presence even though they could plainly see me. Decided to go to Sanger branch thinking it would be quicker and they apparently have done away with their parking?? Have been having online problems with this bank for past few months. If they wonder why I closed my three accounts, they refer back to this post.

However, we are more than able to help in the offices if you prefer to come in. We apologize for the confusion with the parking lot at the Turner location. We did remodel it some time back and you are able to park across the alley or the lot behind the partial fence. Please let us know if you have any other matters that need to be handled.   Had a few difficult things to take care of while in town from Albuquerque. Pioneer has been my bank since I was 15!! Paola took her time and gave exemplary service, I felt comfortable the whole time her && Stephanie(from the Turner branch) working together to meet all my needs for some business I had to take care of while in town for just a couple of hours! I will continue my accounts with Pioneer as always, even though there is not a branch where I live simply because I know I’m always taken care of! A JILLION thanks to Paola && Stephanie, but especially Paola for taking the time to learn new things to make sure I was taken care of! “If you’re not uncomfortable, you’re not growing! Wish you the best Paola!” You the real MVP && your future is bright!! (I know this as I’ve managed multiple retail stores throughout Albuquerque && Rio Rancho!) She’s a keeper&& future leader! Great job PIONEER 👏 👏 👏

  If you appreciate impeccable service with a smile, choose this bank. Aimee and all of the ladies here at this location of Pioneer Bank exemplify all that is good in customer service! Highly recommended for all banking needs. My prior loyalties to big banks is quickly changing to Pioneer!

  Pioneer Bank Joe Harvey St Hobbs, New Mexico I usually wouldn’t do this but I had such a wonderful experience of customer service due to TAMARA GRADO I had to share! In short, I was having issues getting money sent from one place to another using APPS and wire transfers. The purpose of this transaction was for my daughter to get a puppy that she’s been wanting. TAMARA GRADO went above and beyond to help me with all the trouble I was having. She made my daughters day! I appreciate that very much! Tamara is very smart, a problem solver and very knowledgeable at what she does. Thanks, Issac Villegas

  I absolutely love banking at this branch!! Aimee is always so helpful, cheerful and just a pleasure to do business with. She always adds a nice note to the envelopes-"Have a nice day". Everyone is friendly. I will always bank with Pioneer-Joe Harvey branch..

  Had this bank for 9 years. They are friendly but they don't listen very well. Loose paperwork. Take money from me alot. Always have to call to get refunds.

  I recently went in to this location and opened up a new checking account and everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Cristina Carranza answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile to enroll me in paperless E-statements as well as helping me enroll with online banking. I am very content with my experience and the customer service I received at this Pioneer Bank branch location. Definitely stop by and open yourself a new account with them or stop by for any other of your banking needs because I guarantee you won’t regret it.

  Two thumbs up for all the employees that work here! Heather has been such a great help with setting up both my accounts (business & personal) along with anything else that we may need. Karleen, Cristina, Stephanie, Alex & Sarah work hard to bring satisfaction to their customers. Always fast & friendly service! I always use this branch here in town. I wouldn't bank with anyone else.
