  Im disappointed in the experience I had here. I try to place reviews that are based off experience rather then how I feel but in this case I feel like my time was wasted. First I inquired about a specific car and was even financed for this car. I spent several days working to get this deal going. FInally when I arrived I spent a half hour doing paperwork only for the agent mark to tell me that the car I was working to purchase was sold at another store location. 1. My problem with this is why was this car sold when your dealership knew I wanted to finance and purchase this vehicle? This vehicle should have been pulled, and at the very least I should've been informed that it was sold, instead I spent my time going there feeling out paperwork only for the agent to tell me it was sold. Just to add, they specifically told the bank what car and price I was financing for and I worked with the bank to secure the financing. So I know that they knew what car I was interested in. 2. The agent didn't even know it seems that his own company has a website that shows its inventory. Now I understand that this information can change, but once again, at no time was I informed about the car being sold already that I went there to purchase. This is simply the feeling I got from the answers given to me asking where I knew about this car from. 3. I want to add that Im giving three stars because I did not get a sense of being lied to, I simply feel that the whole deal was made poorly on the dealerships part.

  Sorry about the experience you had. We try to hold vehicles for customers when we know they are coming to purchase. At timee that same vehicle may have another buyer that is in our show room and looking to purchase it right away. Unfortunately, it is a business decision to make a sale right then and there or wait on a prospect who is coming to look and possibly shop us with other dealerships. Obviously, we have to sell the vehicle to the customer who was looking to buy immediately. We don’t intend on wasting anyone’s time as we know how valuable time is these days.   I came into the dealership just to look. Luckily they had pre-approval from Capital One. Mark did his thing! He was able to add some incentives and I was approved through Capital One in no time. I love my Jeep and Southfield Quality Cars. Also I got a two year warranty added just Incase your worrying about maintenance cost.

  Mark was very helpful in getting us into a vehicle we were happy with. The mgmt staff worked hard to get us as low a down payment as possible while giving us great value for our trade. Nice location with great asthetics. Very happy with our experience.

  My salesperson (Ray)was very nice, however, they ran my credit and never told me if I was approved or not. I called numerous of times and got nothing but the run around. Very unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this B lot. There was no room to park my vehicle! I had to park my vehicle on a residential street then come through the back. I understand you have to work with what you have but come on. Can I atleast get some signs to where to go? Pro: Salesperson was nice and helpful. Con: How they handle business. Business location.
