  I had dialogue with you over the phone. It led me to come here and look at the reviews and I'm looking at the reviews and I'm seeing a history of negative reviews and not only that. There's a response for each of these reviews. I'm a business owner myself and I've learned that in cases like this, you do not have to always try and defend yourself. Responding to the negative reviews actually indicates that you care too much about a reputation, you care what people think, and you take it personal of what they said. Some bullets you just have to bite. But I see that you want to send reproach and shame to people who have entered your store. One of the responses said in it "get a job and get a life". I mean, what if that person is looking for one but can't find it? Let me ask, would you hire them? Maybe that's why they tried to sell something in the first place. I can tell your ratings is hurting your pride. That's okay. You have alot of people saying the same things. Regardless if they were wrong or not, you are the one that has to keep your business healthy. You have to humble yourself and look in the mirror now, otherwise 2020 will not be a favorable year for you. That is not a threat. That is a warning of something I sense about your business and the times we are living in. I don't know if you believe in God or not sir, but if you don't, You should start today by repenting from your pride and arrogance. You have the option of responding to my message with something smart to say, or you can take heed and change your ways. To be honest, I don't want to hear what you have to say. It's not important to me. I'm not going to read it. There's judgment coming down on people in authority soon and you could be included in that number. But you still have time to change. You have provoked the Lord to anger and as I said, if you don't change your ways, God's judgment will come upon you and your business. Have a nice day!

  He would not allow me to continue speaking on the phone to try and negotiate pricing. Once he heard a price he didn’t like, he no longer wanted to have a discussion. He just dismissed me. I was willing to negotiate but he wouldn’t give me a chance.

  Had a pawn ticket, $180 for a PS4. Games and controller. He didn't even offer a price to buy it at all. He just said he would pass. Lmao it's kinda funny because I would have came off of it for a measly $40. Probably less. He's only in to buying your ticket if he makes at least 70 or greater % profit. (Which he easily could have made off me but didn't even offer at all!) Just letting y'all know. If you need money. Don't waste your gas. Call first and expect nothing or next to nothing. And if you have a minute phone, don't waste your minutes.

Its very sad he’s stealing from the poor and has a disgusting condescending attitude, do not deal with these crooks unless u want pennies for your nice jewelry. And u are a bold face lie never ever asked for gas money liar! stop making up lies because your are embarrassed of your sad pathetic business! I have a job loser how bout u get one & stop robbing the poor!

  Known Benny for a while when he used to be on Gratiot and Mt. ELLIOTT. Good dude. He came a long way. Can't do nothing but RESPECT HIS HUSTLE. Gives you good prices for things. All is well in my world. Went up there yesterday and he got me right. Kind of surprising to see all the bad reviews. I guess different strokes for different folks. You're A1 in my book benny.

  I made a deal with him on an item, and confirmed what the sku for the item was several times before agreeing on a deal. When we went to make the sale he said no deal because he thought it was a different item. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

  You misstated the model and I still gave your boyfriend $5.00 for gas because you seemed so hard up for cash.... Next time be honest with what you have for sale and you will NOT have such a experience!!!!

  Rude asf. They don't even answer the phone professional. And they don't buy pawn tickets fr I then tried 3 times with 3 different items they always rude like NO I didn't even say what I had not once lol. Good thing I got paid the following day so I wasn't tripping.... I just waited.

  People was nice I had Solo3 beats and a ps4 controller he helped me with a good amount of cash and now I can pay for my mother’ birthday dinner I’m definitely coming back

  I had a great experience! Everyone there was extremely professional and the merchandise was in even better condition then described. I would stop here first before looking anywhere else.
