Katrina Suddeth1I am assuming that this location is still shortstaffed due to the pandemic. However I came here yesterday to withdraw some money. I got in the line and sat for almost an hour, had to leave to get back to work and came back today and I have literally been here for an hour and 15 minutes, 20 of it I sat second in line.
Response from the ownerGood morning, Katrina! We understand how valuable your time is. We will reach out to the branch and find ways on how this can be improved in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

William Vaughn III1I've had many accounts at various different Financial institutions but I've never had an account at a worse Banking institution than I have at Huntington Bank!!! I went to make a Deposit just now and they said they closed my account and never sent a letter nor an email to let me know when they did this or why they did it!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER OPEN UP AN ACCOUNT AT ANY HUNTINGTON BANK BRANCH ANYWHERE!!!

Michael Florentine4Since my first review to this location, their customer service has improved significantly. They are quicker than before and handle their busybody well. Their CD and investment rates they advertise are fair and competitive with other banks I visit. But they're still doesn't beat any federal credit union I've known. If you're looking for a new bank to keep your money, I would stay away from here and trust a public federal credit union.

John Smith5I use this bank daily and I never have had any issues. The staff is always friendly and knows me on a first name basis. The bank manager is extremely helpful and gave me some great information regarding business lines of credit. I would recommend this location to anyone.

M B1As a business owner, I usually don't like to write negative reviews since I do understand that we are all humans and mistakes happen. The problem is, this place is just one big mistake and nobody seems to want to own up to it. To make long story a little less long, I received a coupon in the mail to open a business account with Huntington Bank. I called in advance to see what I would need to bring with me so that the process would be as quick as possible. When I came in there to open the account I had to wait almost 40 minutes until someone was able to see me. That's quite understandable, bat as you will see from my next few trips, this is the norm at this bank. They are understaffed and extremely slow. It's great if you have all the time in the world, but if you have to get to work, the waits are just ridiculous. Finally, an account representative got to me. I gave her the coupon and all of my business info. She set up the account but told me that i needed some more paperwork (which was not mentioned over the phone), so the next day I came back to complete the process. The bonus was supposed to post in 90 days. During the time between when I opened the account and was supposed to receive the bonus I decided to try out the bank and make a withdrawal there instead of my usual business bank. That was a big mistake! I got there and there were three people in front of me in line. The bank had four people on staff. One person was running the drive thru, one teller was on duty, another teller was crunching some numbers on the side and disregarding the rest of the customers, and the on duty supervisor was just sitting there doing nothing. Meanwhile, while I was waiting, the line started to build up. Within 10 minutes the line was already 8 people long with no movement in sight. The supervisor, realizing that everybody was getting frustrated, started handing out lollipops. No, I'm not joking. Instead of acting as a teller and speeding up the line he started handing out lollipops. In the end, a simple withdrawal with only 3 people in front of me in line ended up taking over 40 minutes. So much for moving my business accounts over.... After the 90 days were up and the bonus did not arrive, I called the bank to see what happened. I was told that the account rep who set it up didn't set up the correct account so I wasn't eligible for the discount. When I complained to the manager they talked to corporate and agreed to honor the bonus. They said it would post in a few days. A few weeks later I followed up to see the status of the bonus. When I called this time, I was told that it was too late and I'm no longer eligible for the bonus. At this point, I'm a little more than fed up with the bank and what they've put me through. I asked them to close out the account and send me a check for my balance. I'm not being told that I have to come in and do that in person. The problem is, I don't have another hour plus to waste. I think might just forfeit the $100 or so that's in the account because it's probably just not worth the bother. In conclusion, if you are a retired or unemployed person who has all the time on their hands and requires absolutely nothing that couldn't be accomplished by an ATM, than this banks if for you. Otherwise, caution against doing business with them!
