  Someone needs to alert ALL B of A locations there is a pandemic going on. All these brick and mortar locations with drive thrus attached but no one staffing the drive thru. "Drive thru" at B of A means drive thru and use the ATM. This is no help with my almost 85 year old dad. He does not use an ATM and isn't going to learn to use one now. His only choice to make a deposit? Go inside and be exposed. Every other business on the planet with drive thru capabilities are USING them as intended. LEARN to put your customers first, please!

  Bank really sucks , one teller only and very slow long line starting from entrance, 1 hr to deposit money, they are saving money by using 1 teller and 1 customer service rep what had also about 15 customers waiting for turn. Luckily I don't have any accounts with them but unfortunately I have to deposit my company money with them only.

  All of these negative comments I’m shocked. I went in last week and everyone was friendly. I was taken care of immediately. Sure the lines be long but they help everyone to the best of their abilities and sarabeth was amazing. She was very honest and caring. She stopped me from making a mistake. Only had a credit card with them and now I have an account with them thanks to her !

  I don’t understand why people don’t use the ATM? I had appointment and they were able to help me with my notary. Fast and Great service.

  I just won a very substantial amount of money but have to find another bank institution to have it wired to because the bank I trusted to handle my funds allowed someone to keep pulling money out and haven't replaced it in the time the person I talked to stated. Before this I would recommend bank of america to any body but after being lied to but the institution that I trusted I would tell people to find another banking institution.

  Like everyone else, standing in a long line with one teller on duty. This happens literally every time I come here. I don’t personally bank with them because of how terrible my experiences have been but I come here for work.

  This the worse Bank that i hv ever been to. 20+ people waiting online with one teller serving. I waited for an hour for a check deposit. No ATM available . no drive through. This place has absolutely no managment.

  They charged me $5 to replace the card that I never received in the first place. $5 is nothing. But at least I was expecting the courtesy to BE TOLD. NOPE. No one bothered to inform me about anything but the personal banker was very determined to cross sale and tried bogus stories like "I see here that you can apply (are preselected) for our best credit card".... And insisted quite a bit that I should. Either she is very good or she didn't meet the quota for sales. Not impressed! But somewhat nice employees.

  The worst i ever seen in my life. Lines for deposits could be all the way to the door waiting for one teller or two on a good day. No commercial transaction teller.
