  Our service in the public are in several sectors including insurance , finances & real estate ... and we know what it means to earn a great rating !!! A ONE STAR or BELOW means that your business DOES NOT deserve to exist , specially the overwhelming of ONE STAR RATINGS from many customers . We waited more than 30 minutes to make a simple deposit at the drive-in ...Excuse us ??? there are more banks than we could count on our 10 fingers ?? And now that Truist has been in placed ... the transitioning is a nightmare ...our personal and commercial accounts were just simply shut off on 02/21/2022 ...NO ACCESS !! And when we tried to contact the" BRANCHES " ...NO ONE picked up the phone !! On one day last week we almost got attacked by one of the drive-in customer and the teller had ...NO CLUES of what just taken place !! NO CONCERNS !! BANK ELSEWHERE !!

  I had to wait 20-25 minutes as the second person in line (the person ahead of me just walked out eventually). To top it all off, it was blazing hot outside, and there was no AC inside...really? They were nice enough to hear my complaint, and I have tried to not be a rude kinda person, but this is a little ridiculous.

  Since becoming Truist, we are asked for our drivers license every time we deposit cash into our savings- which we have done weekly for years- and by tellers who have waited on us dozens of times. We had been with Suntrust for over 20 years. Today I was asked for my license for a $40 cash deposit. If inconvenience and harassment of long time customers is Truist's policy, they are succeeding in making us soon to be former customers.

  Do not waste your time banking with these people. Not only are they scammers but they charge dramatic fees for services they don’t offer… please please please reconsider banking with them!!

  Walk in or drive through wait time is long, poor customer service. I request to withdraw money from my account, the lady said I had to wait for 30 min because they didn't have money in the bank, this is a review I write after several times of being upset for the way this representatives (pretty much all of them) treat people. I've been with Suntrust for almost 20 years but this branch is the worst of all.

  Horrible customer service, my mom went there to deposit and try to set up the online banking. The only Hispanic person there to help. Ignore her completely. If you there or you got hired to help the Hispanic community why act ignorant.. that’s the reason I’m changing bank. Never had a problem with this bank before. I was the one who recommended her. Bad decision . SMH

  Over an hour to withdraw. Got in line at 4:10pm. 5:14 and still here. 👎

  This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. Every time I come it takes 30 mins just to deposit a check. Stay away from the drive through. It’s terrible. Go somewhere else

  Poor service, I went by the drive thru, pressed the call bottom 2 times, the first time the clerk didn’t even looked at me, the second time she looked at me like if I was bothering her, didn’t even have the attention to tell me to hold on or anything, after around 7 to 10 minutes I decided to leave.

  Lobby still not open. Just call it permanently closed. Snailtrust. Change to another bank.
