  Tuan Tran is an awesome guy. He was patiently explaining the terms whenever I had the questions. He always pick up the phone when I need him. He and his assistance kept me updated my case frequently. The interst rate for my case is less than 1.8% and the closing fee was amazingly low!!

  My recent refinancing experience with loan factory was outstanding. I got excellent rates for my credit score and LTV ratio. The service was great and they were very responsive. Trinh was very courteous and patient in answering several questions on the loan document multiple times. The whole experience was positive for me. Would definitely go back for refinancing again when the time is right.

  I'm very happy with LoanFactory's service, low rates, multiple loan options, and no hidden fees. I have worked with Tuan Tran and his team on getting quotes, submitting documents, and getting loan application status. He is very polite, quickly responses to my questions, and closely follows up my application to make sure all are ok.
