  Wonderful experience! They helped me got the loan in record time while my application was compromised by others.   Finally! Home refi complete! Goal was to get the exes name off of the home, but holy moly I'm going to be saving a ton a month on my mortgage bill, and even got cash out! If you're thinking of doing the same, contact Scott Burchett with Southeast Mortgage! I'm self employed, so my case was super tricky and other companies like Homestar failed me bc they are incompetent in work that isn't the easy breezy regular payroll. Mission Complete! I can't say enough how thankful I am to Scott Burchett with Southeast Mortgage (and all the other hands in the pot) for getting this weight off of my shoulders!

  Southeast gave me the best possible interest rate. The staff was very knowledgeable and my mortgage originator Clairissa Pequignot was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone. I was a first time home buyer but she walked me thru the process step by step. Very satisfied with the service of this company.
