Katherine Smith1Mr. Hernandez and Tiffany as not familiar with out of state Driver's License and would not let me do a withdrawal at his location. He called my credit union and had them to put a fraud alert on my account. I spent almost 3 hours in that branch going back and forth with my credit union trying to authenticate me over the phone and to him. My CU explained to him I opened the acct 7 years ago with the same Driver's License he uploaded and emailed to them and he physically had the license in his hands and he still would not service me at his location. I've used that same Drivers License at numerous credit unions and banks in many different states and never experienced any problems. It's a Valid out of state Drivers License. It seems if you are black and have a non Georgia ID/DL and are using them for a shared branch location you will not get serviced and he will tell your bank the picture is not clear on the license and have them to alert the frauds department which block your shared branch privileges. After my bank authenticated me he said he still need something in writing from my bank. I just think in this day and time it's sad that people like him still exist. I will never do business with that location and it's sad because I use the Lawrenceville Branch all the time and everyone is always so nice and polite. I did want to bank with them and was actually thinking of opening an account with them because of their great services, but after today that will not be happening.

Debra Parmer3Don't even deserve one star. Pulled into the drive-thru and was ingnored for over ten minutes. I finally hit the call button and asked if anyone was there, she "motioned" from inside for me to wait a minute. Another five minutes passed and another woman pulled up next to me. Another several minutes and I hit the call button again and asked if there was anyone else that could help me. She had the audacity to totally ignore me and told the woman that had just pulled in that she would be with HER in a minute. I called the customer service from my car and the woman said she would try and get the branch manager on the phone.....another five minutes on hold and a woman comes on the speaker and says can I help you. I said please just send my money back! I explained how long I had been sitting there, when the woman next to me got her transaction completed and drove away........I said are you kidding me, she drove up fifteen minutes AFTER I was here. She said I am doing your transaction now. I asked if this was a RACE thing......yes I am using the RACE CARD. I am white and everyone involved were black. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. And as I can tell from the other reviews, I am not alone. ON A NEW NOTE THE BRANCH MANAGER REACHED OUT TO ME AND I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE HIS CONCERN!!!!!

Michael Adams1Poor manager customer service. Manager acts like he is doing me a favor to put my money in his branch. Not enough office attendants to address walk in customer's business needs.

Mike Coleman1This is the slowest bank I've ever had to visit. They have two lanes for drive thru and ONLY use ONE?? So if the bank is closed to ppl coming in, what the hell are the other employees doing in there??? Pure garbage bank

chris cortiss1Literally the worst drive thru. It's from 1980, my normal size truck and my wife's SUV can't reach down low enough to get to the box, it's beyond uncomfortable , and slow. Expect to be in the drive thru for ten minutes . I've only ever eeen one lane open as well.

Oyewole Oworu1I think it is unfortunate that a so called credit union does not allow you to access all your past statements online and then when you walk into the bank they want to charge you $5 per month for YOUR bank statements which they prevented you from accessing online. Even if you were going to charge for a service $5 for sheets of paper not worth the amount is exactly what it is. A rip off! Disappointed.
