  Dana made the process so simple! She answered all of our questions and double checked to make sure we knew about all of our possible deductions. I cannot stop raving about them to all of my family and friends! They are the best in the business when it comes to tax services! I plan on always using them because of the great customer service and ease of filing!

  I have Used American Tax services, the social circle branch, for the last seven years. Jeff and Dana are professional, thorough and expedient. They provide clear concise answers to all of my questions. Before using American, I prepared taxes using an on-line service. Having Jeff and Dana do the taxes has saved me at least 20 hours a year. I will not use anyone else.

  I was referred to AFTS by my sister in law because she has used them for years and seemed to really like them. I recently moved to town and thought I would give them a try. I’m SO glad I did! Dana was AMAZING! She was patient and kind and worked efficiently. I had to bring my 2 year old who started getting impatient and another staff member jumped in and colored with him so we could finish up. All of the staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces. I wil definitely use them again!!

  This company is incredible as are all the employees. Juanita, however, is the best! She goes up and beyond to make your experience fast, friendly, and as least stressful as possible and is extremely knowledgeable! I have used her for a few years and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same!

  We have used AFTS for years but in recent years we have had difficulty making into the office but that’s no problem for them. We have been able to email all the necessary documentation to complete the taxes. Communication has been great for items I left out and they were completed within 2 days. No waiting in line, no special trips. Just good friendly people doing what they do best. If you aren’t using them you should be.
