  Best Lender!! My husband and I are very appreciative and thankful for this group. Misty is very communicative, and easy to talk to about any questions you may have. She made our process very smooth, quick, and convenient. We got immediate responses. She is amazing! It didn’t even feel like a home loan process. If I would recommend a lender, it would be Avondale!

  Avondale mortgage is by far the number one mortgage company I have ever had the privilege of working with. They have a team of caring hard-working knowledgeable professionals who are willing and want to make your dreams of being a homeowner come true. Melissa Kerbow at Avondale Mortage is truly heaven sent. She worked fast, hard and diligent on my behalf to make sure that I got more than what I expected from my mortgage Lender. That also have a great underwriter named Veronica Welch is is just awesome at what she does, with great customer service. I will recommend Avondale mortgage to anybody Whose thinking of buying a home for the first time or even if your second or third time homebuying experience, especially if you want great customer service And people who care; honestly.

  I cannot say enough nice things about Kathleen Westbrook. She was very supportive and informative. It made my purchase experience so nice and smooth.   I would not recommend Avondale Mortgage to anyone due to the horrible experience that I had with Jamie and Veronica Welch. Their communication was very poor. My fiancé and I had to keep messaging them everyday asking questions. When we asked for information they would not respond back to us until the end of the next day. Jamie kept asking for documents that was already sent in. He kept telling my fiancé and I that I should not be on the loan. Eventually, the day before closing he took me off the loan for a matter that could have been resolved from when he first ran my credit report six weeks ago. Despite the both of them knowing that they were not going to put me on the loan, Jamie ran my credit on three separate occasions. Customer service and communication from both him and Veronica was very, very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Kathleen and her team were truly amazing. This was the first time we purchased aha and the process was smooth and pain free. I've heard horror stores about the loan process, closing fees and getting the run around but none of that happened with Kathleen and Avondale Mortgage. They made sure we understood every section of every document sent to us. I look forward to working with them again on a rental property. The million dollar question, would I recommend Avondale Mortgage. Yes, I've already started putting out beacons out to all of my friends and family that have begun their home ownership journey.
