  I’ve had a great experience with first Franklin in Monroe. Needed a personal loan a year or so ago that’s just about paid off. I usually speak to Janet I believe, but everyone is always very friendly when I call. They are also considerate of time differences!! I have moved to Oregon since taking out my loan and they made a note on my account so if they need to call for any reason, it’s not before 8 am MY TIME (3 hr difference) very impressed.

  Let me take a moment to gush about this company... Monroe location, I've been doing business with them for years now and every time I need them they're right there to give me a helping hand. They are very flexible and will work to your needs if you have a problem just give them a call the staff is very understanding and will work with you. Janet and Amanda and the rest of the staff when I come there we have awesome conversations about anything. Thanks so much ladies😘. Go see them today and tell them I sent you!!

  If i could give them zero stars i would. I work with a dealership and we use 1st franklin and one main to finance our cars because its easy and they are usually very nice. However this specific location has the absolute rudest women working there i have ever seen in my life. They were rude and not knowledgeable about simple title work when i went in there, but I didn't write a review until now because we gave a customer their number to call and see if they could approve her and i made sure to tell her if they didn't approve her alone that she has someone who could cosign. Our customer called us upset that when they told her she was denied they immediately hung up on here and she called right back twice thinking it must have been a mistake and no one answered. Hire someone with a little respect and knowledge about what they are doing. The ONLY first Franklin we will use is Conyers or One Main from now on, even if it means turning down a sale because we will absolutely not deal with the Monroe location.

  I have had two loans with the Monroe office and these girls do the best job getting me approved quickly and have helped me build my business through them. 10/10 would recommend

  1st Franklin Financial really was an answered prayer for me. In a dire time when I needed money to get my car repaired, they were there to offer financial assistance. I'm truly grateful for Jessica & Heather.
