  My wife and I used this group because they said they specialize in the South Buffalo area but it became clear that meant they only were willing to drive 5 minutes from their homes. We had to find the houses ourselves and ask them to set up a viewing which was like pulling teeth. After showing us three houses they dropped us because we didn’t buy one of the first three houses we saw. Even though They talked us out of putting in an offer on two house they were upset we didn’t put in an offer. My advice is if you like to find your dream home don’t waste your time with these guys. They just want you to buy the first house you see and be done with you.

  We sold and purchased our homes through Mark (South Buffalo Realty). Mark thoroughly guided us through the entire process, answered all our questions and got us substantially higher than asking price for our sale (sold on the 1st day) and below selling price for our purchase on an amazing neighborhood.
