  Nancy with South Bay Equity Lending was amazing. I called around to a couple of brokers for a cash out loan on a rental property and she by far offered the best rates. She told me up front what my fees were and there were no surprises. And the entire process was very quick. She was knowledgeable, professional and always responded to my questions right away. A wonderful experience all around!

  This is the second Loan we have closed with South Bay Equity in the last 12 months, and it just keeps getting easier and better. On this Home we worked with Andy and Ashley, it’s nice having people that care because they kept me updated through the whole process, I never once felt like I needed to call for a status update because Andy and Ashley work so seamlessly together. I did my job and turned in things when requested and in return they closed ahead of schedule. I’ll be a loyal client for life, hands down best financing experience I’ve ever been through.   South Bay Equity Lending was very highly recommended to me by a friend, but all expectations were way surpassed! I have been shopping for a home on-and-off since 2015 and financing had always been daunting and difficult. That was before I connected with Omar from the South Bay Equity Lending. I could never have imagined that I will be able to finally buy in such fast paced and competitive market, but Omar made it happen for me. Omar has been phenomenal!
