  Getting our first house as a family of immigrants here in the states was such an exciting and yet fulfilling experience for us. We cannot thank Rudy enough for helping us throughout the whole process. He had been so patient on guiding us on what needs to be done every step of the way. He is very professional, and he would tell you honestly everything that you need and always gives advice if it’s possible or not every time we decided to make an offer. He is very polite and very easy to communicate with, and he has this calming tone which reassures you that everything will go on smoothly and we would make it throughout the process starting from pre-approval up to closing the escrow. He always finds the best solution whenever we encountered some difficulties, and it was indeed a tough process closing the escrow.   I would like to thank Rudy for his amazing knowledge and honest service. My grandma was in the process of losing her home and didn’t know what she was going to do till we met Rudy. He introduced us to the FHA reverse mortgage which we had no idea how it worked. He was able to stop the foreclosure and also eliminate any future mortgage payments and not to mention he obtained her a line of credit for emergency purposes. Me and my family are forever grateful.   I want everyone to know Rudy did in AWESOME job in helping my Mother to finally have peace of mind regarding her mortgage situation. Before Rudy came to the rescue we had 2 other people that we was dealing with was not able to do what Rudy was able to do. And we been trying resolve this problem since 2017.
