  My family have been banking with Kinecta for several years and have always be quite satisfied with our experience. Today, I must say the service I received from the Redondo Beach team was above & beyond. Marvin with whom I worked with was attentive to my needs, carefully and expediently took care of my request and personally could not have been nicer. I will return to this branch again in the future and would recommend them full heartedly to anyone in need of a caring & thorough banking team.

  I don't usually write reviews but their customer service is like no other. The young lady name Anaisa Gonzalez ( I believed that is how to spell it) was so kind and patient with my mother who has a hard understand certain things. The rest of the team were so polite and fun to be around. They really treat you like family and care your needs from a bank.

  I have never had better customer service. Mr. Torres treated me with the respect I deserve. As A black man ,I sometimes don't get the service you would expect from some of the other banks, WELL....... not here Mr. Torres made me fell like a valued customer. From now on Kinecta is the only bank for me.

  Usually when I go to a bank it is a painful experience, but Marvin gave me the best banking experience ever. I am so happy I chose the branch and he was there to assist me. Great job Marvin!!!!

  I’ve been with Kinecta for 21 years and this Mother’s Day weekend I lost my Debit Card. I remembered a conversation I had when visiting another branch that if I ever needed a replacement card that this was the place to go. I called to confirm and I spoke with Marvin who was very helpful and pleasant over the phone in which he even gave me the best route to get there. Once I arrived I was greeted by Marvin who was extremely professional at all times. I was helped right away and I must say...we need more people like Marvin!!!! He was so easy to talk to and I wouldn’t mind coming in if I’m in the area again just because of his helpfulness!! I would say I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. Thank You Marvin and thank you Kinecta for having your first location for us to get our replacement cards! Also...there’s a Trader Joe’s right next door! How convenient is that.

  This used to be the BEST place to do banking when it was XCEED (Xerox). Things went smoothly for 20+ years.... Now that Kinecta took over their infrastructure is trash, their training programs for their staff must be trash & the over all experience with this Bank is worse than dealing with the DMV now. I tried to work through the transition but at every turn it's terribly difficult to get anything done..... Bye Felicia......

  I love this location in particular because the customer Service is very very good. Jairo took care of my daughter and I creating her a new bank account and credit line. He was very informative and family friendly. Thank you so much for all the hard work that you do I would totally recommend this thanks to all my friends and family.
