      They misinformed me about what their requirements were then made me believe I HAD to put a deposit down to hold an apartment before my application and background/credit check was even completed. Then when I went back to get the deposit back... they said I was not honest on my background check. I was completely forthcoming with my info! They just do that to rob people who are down on their luck! They offer affordable housing and then do what they can just to take everyone's money without actually renting people apartments. Its easy to prey on desperate people.

      He's certainly not a nice man at all. If anything he's a self-righteous and smug control freak who's dishonest and thinks he can charm customers into buying a property. Don't buy anything from him.

      No rentals available but suggested I buy a house through them. If I could buy a house I wouldn’t be contacting them in the first place. Might just be another scam targeting the desperate.
