  I can't say enough about Val and his team. They were the calm in the midst of the storm while we were building our new home. Val and his team always operated with the utmost professionalism. They were always attentive and timely in their responses and let's just saying the timeliness of funding was like nothing I'd seen before.   I want to start off and say how much appreciation I have and how grateful me and my children are to have been blessed to work with such a awesome group of people at Southwest Funding. Val and his team worked hard and overtime to help me achieve this goal. I am so grateful for the hard work and countless hours that was put in to making me and my girls dream come true. I will forever be grateful that I was able to have Val and his team cross my path. There were times when I cried and my anxiety was taking o we my whole body and Val said with so much kindness calm down you this and I will take this with me for ever. Laurel worked hard to help me with internet issues and never once complained and I thank you great person. Kim behind the scenes making plays and I thank you as well.

  I have used Val Nuttall twice to refinance my townhome. He was always very professional and kept me up-to-date with the procedure as it evolved.
