  Chris and his team secured a mortgage loan for us when no one else could. Or maybe I should say, no one would work as hard as Chris to get us the right loan. My wife and I are self employed entrepreneurs so that makes process a little more difficult. Chris and Jim worked hard for us, doing the extra steps to accommodate our situation.   My wife and I met Chris Waterman through his wife Paula who is a realtor. The experience we had with Chris was amazing. We were first time home buyers and he explained the entire loan process and let us know up front what our expectations should be. We were using a VA loan and let me tell you, Chris got me an amazing rate. During the process I had confidence on every decision because Chris was there with his almost 30 years of experience backing me up. Do your self a favor and give Chris a call and see what he can do for you. I tried two other mortgage companies before him and didn't get anywhere near the level of service that Chris gave.   Chris helped me buy my house with a great rate, and then helped me refinance that same house later on with an even better deal. He's incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and will take the time to explain what's happening and answer any questions you have along the way. Absolutely the best mortgage experience I've ever had, hands-down.

He was more than flexible, meeting with me whenever my schedule allowed, and communicated the details of my mortgage in laymen's terms that I was able to understand.   I’ve worked Chris twice now. For the last one we closed in 28 days in August 2020! He was on the gas and never missed a detail. Chris is a man of integrity and highest moral standards. I’ve referred Chris to as many people as possible because he’s the best! He got me the top most competitive rate, extremely low fees and a really enjoyable process through it all. If I buy again, I’ll definitely be using Chris again.
