His & Hearse1This place is terrible I got an auto loan with them payed it off received the title of the car and a receipt of the payed off account. Then magically i re owed $242. They said that my final installment payment had bounced right before I payed off the loan in full. So I paid the amount received another receipt and a check from them for my $5 return for closing the account. It has now been since January since I closed it and out of the blue they are saying that somehow I magically owe money on a account that has been payed off and closed for month's!!!

David Sanborn4Very friendly and personable staff. I have always felt taken care of at this bank. They have helped me rebuild my credit with a secured loan that required no money out of pocket. I also have had two car loans with them as well as checking and savings accounts. Never had any problems with their online service and my paychecks are always deposited in a timely manor. My only minor complaint is that sometimes I encounter long lines at their Plum Creek branch.

Marie Nellist1Excessive fees. Fees to close an account. Overdraft fees are as bad if not worse than big banks.. Poor service on debit cards. I had a freeze put on my card on Friday afternoon. No call or contact as most other financial institutions do. Found out by trying to use my card at a restaurant only to have it declined. Then found out there was not a person I could talk to to get the freeze removed. Had to go to the branch Saturday and when the teller called the office responsible for removing freezes we got someone's voice-mail. Hideous customer service. Do not recommend.

Abigail Wells1I wish I could give Air Academy negative stars on here. We have done business with different banks and credit unions for many years and this place is by far the worst we have ever dealt with. Every time I try to call them they won't give me any information. The loan is in my husbands name so I know they have to have security, but he has given them permission multiple times for them to talk to me. They still say he has to call in every time to get information. The funny thing about that is that when he does call in they don't ask him any security questions. They only hear a man's voice and then tell him all the info he wants. Really good security, huh?? In December I tried to pay off the loan. I was told (after my husband called in) that I could pay it off at the branch. I went into the branch and they still made him call in again (about 20 min later) to allow me to pay off the loan. I know there are a lot of scammers out there that are trying to pay off loans for people, so we need to watch out for that. Then they said they would send us the title within 2 weeks. They then insisted that he call in AGAIN (while I'm still sitting in the managers office) to give our updated address to send title. This is 3 times in an hour. All this time, they can't trust that I can talk about the account when he gave permission all 3 times. It is now almost 3 months later and we still do not have title. Of course my husband had to call in again and ask why we don't have the title yet. She said they sent it to our old address and it was returned to them a week later. We gave them our new address while I was sitting in the managers office in December. If a manager is not capable of putting our current address in the computer, then who is? They are sending title again and we'll see if they can do it this time. We will NEVER do business with them again in the future!! I wish I read the reviews on here before we signed on our loan. We have had loans for much larger amounts with other companies and have never been treated so poorly. If you want to keep your sanity, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

Richard Gonzalez1Poor customer service and response time. Outdated system. Constantly placing my card on hold during a time when they're customer service representatives are off duty. As soon as I get my direct deposit, I now have to withdraw and re deposit at another bank. Come their next business day I will be closing my accounts . It is sad to say that my bitcoin account has become more reliable than this bank.

Went to see about a debt consolidation loan before I was a member, and Shannon was more than happy to find solutions to get me back on track financially and help guide me in getting out of debt the quickest. Everyone else has been just as courteous and helpful, offering tips and suggestions, even just for the website.

Ed Levin1I have done business with AAFCU for 15 years and have consistently had money appear and disappear from my checking account repeatedly . Last week I deposited $2500. and watching the account like a hawk , lo and behold here we go again with money appearing and disappearing from checking . I contacted AAFCU requesting an explaination and they don't have a clue . I have since opened a account with ENT and am happy with them , less fees , free checking interest on checking and savings .

Kyle Dillon1So I went in to open a savings account. Depositing 6000.00. I was really looking forward to doing business for years to come. Two days later I get a phone call saying I needed to come in and sign a document that says Im not a DRUG DEALER. They also wanted me to provide future deposit dates and documents when I would be making these deposits!! I'm a single father of two wonderful boys and have had my business routed and grounded in Castle Rock for 13 years and also a man of God who tries to be a positive role in the community. All of this just because I deposited a large amount of money and six thousand doesn't seem all that much??? This place insulted my family and my business. As a man of God I forgive them but don't recommend them. I hope they learn to treat the rest of the community better!!!

Jamie Allen1Got a car loan and they are trying to charge me $4700 for insurance since my insurance company did not send them our info in a timely manner. The sent a final notice that I got the same day that it was past due. Despite us calling our insurance the month prior. Crooks
