      Gave them all my payment info for a policy & they never used it- it was lost or forgotten. After that I cancelled everything with them since they can’t even keep track of my banking data. They still want to charge me for “partial policy” tho.... I have records of all the this via text thankfully, to prove it. Don’t do business here. They are incompetent.

      I Had To Experience Their Bad Customer Service Through My Mom. My Mom Went There To Talk To Them About Her Policy With Them. Richard Was On The Phone Talking For 30 Minutes And Never Came Out To See Us. His Secretary Said He Would Be On The Phone A Long Time. I Left A Number For Him To Call Never Heard From Him. The Secretary Was Also Rude. I'm Going To Report Them To The BBB.
