  Try to open a buisness account not only did they make me wait the buisness representative did not want to take me after I waited for her she wanted me to come back with an appointment. After sandhills location sent me because they dont do business accounts. What a joke ! I think navy federal gets worst and worst .

  I was just helped by a teller by the name of lena at the forest drive location. I dont know of she hates her job or is having a bad day. All I have to say is noone is begging you for money this is our money and your job to serve us. A smile wont kill anyone, customer is free. The service I received was as if I was bothering her. You need an attitude adjustment fast.

  Tues afternoon. Walked in at about 11:40. One teller, line out the door... Also Manilu or whatever her name kind of had an attitude, didn't appreciate that.

  I was surprised how easy it was to set up an account from home. Which was very convenient to me. I wish I could recall her name but she was very helpful and informative over the phone. I like the fact that they are open on weekends even if it's not the entire day. Haven't been inside the branch just yet but I'm loving it so far.

  I don’t like the customer service that you get in this branch. The people are very rude including there Manager. I wish they would had a other branch here, so that I wouldn’t have to deal with them. I love Navy Federal, but I really don’t like this branch here.

  I would rate NFCU 6 stars on a 5 star scale! I have been a customer since 2001 and have NEVER had anything but 5 star experiences with Navy Federal! Even if they cannot provide what I want (which has been rare), they are professional and polite. They understand customer service and they deliver on it every time, in every interaction- in person, on the phone, via email and via mail. There have been times where fraudulent activity happened on my account and I learned about it by NFCU calling me to ask about the charge. When I said, "No, wasn't me" the response has been, "Ok, sir, we apologize, the charge will be refused." And I never hear anything else about it. When I deposit checks, the money is always there sooner than they promise. Rates for their products are always fair or better than elsewhere. I could go on, but suffice it to say NFCU is everything you want a financial institution to be. I will be a customer until I die, or Jesus returns, whichever comes first!

  Great customer service. Only gave it 4 stars because my debit card was compromised, security isn’t the best with this bank. They are very generous regarding loans and credit card offers though.

  This is the worst branch I have ever had to go to. The people here are rude and unhelpful. I will never go back to this branch and I do not recommend going to this one. I would give it zero stars if I could.

  I asked for help to get a new red card because i left my wallet at home 4 hours away and i had no cash the guy said that sucks and walked to the next person in line i will never go to that branch location that guy needs to know better customer service

  Every weekend, without fail, their ATM is unable to process deposits. It's the ONLY Navy Federal ATM that can accept deposits within 80 miles of Columbia, SC. Pretty pathetic considering Ft. Jackson is right next door and they can't even have a functioning ATM.
