      Mea is one of the sweetest tellers there and she’s been with the bank a long time, helped me at the Forest Acres location. I was sad to find out the other young lady Monique had left, she was very pleasant. I’ve seen a lot of different staff changes, and for the most part the managers were well trained and honest. However, the current manager at this branch can use more training, he is very arrogant and rude. I see others have had similar experiences with him…they walk into the bank and if he’s there, they leave… interesting. Maybe you all should take a real good look into why he’s not delivering to the needs of the clients. We already have to wait 30 minutes for a deposit.

      Service Sucks. I've been with BOA when they use to be C&S. Was in the Garners Ferry Rd branch today just to ask a few questions. Walked in and had a seat in the lobby. Was sitting there for over 20min. The bank associate had finished with her customer and then (Philip, who works at the bank) tells another customer to go into the office. I brought it to Philip's attention about my 20 min wait, and his reply was: well did you check in with him first? Then he tells me that he has had people sitting in the lobby for longer than 20min. I kindly walked out before we had a miss understanding. I knew that he could care less about providing customer service.

      I have to give it to Monique in the box, she was killing it!! Fantastic service from her!! Other than that, nobody was working with her. She had to work customers inside the location and in the drive thru. The business should know when to move the greeter inside to assist instead of having customers wait 30 minutes to withdrawal money. Not happy with this trip

      Service sucks especially since they remodeled the bank. My husband went into the branch to deposit an check from his retirement fund and they told him it was a 2 day hold and once the deposit was made we received an email stating funds will not be a available until 8/12 verses Aug 5th. Spoke with branch Mgr DaShaun who stated that the transaction could not be reversed due to the associate in inside the bank did an mobile deposit so they were not able to reverse the transaction which is unacceptable. They need to make sure the customers are aware of this before they do it. I hate their new setup they have to screen you as soon as you step in the bank. Per DeShaun who was supposed to call me today about the funds being which I have not heard from him to see if he is able to realease the funds. I have been calling the bank all afternoon and no answer.

      The amount of time it takes to make a deposit or make a transaction is ridiculously too long. I waited for over 30 minutes in line to make one deposit. Please hire more people to work the drive-thru tellers.

      This is absolutely unbelievable or acceptable. You guys open at 10am, and then close the entire branch for an hour so everyone can take lunch?? Mine while there are 20+ people, who drove from Hartsville, Sumter and not local places to have to wait. I guess basic customer service and just plan common sense is lost with your company. Absolutely pathetic and yall should be embarrassed about what a complete lack of service to your own customer you provided today.

      Went to get change for my job and went back to work. 10 mins later, the older teller that helped me calls the store and says that she is short bc she gave me more than what I asked for. I told her that she is mistaken bc I watched her count out what I asked for at the bank, recounted it before I left the bank parking lot, and counted it again when I got back to work. She then proceeds to yell at me over the phone, says she doesn't understand why I am making the situation difficult, and tells me she is going to look everything over and she will call me back. Guess she found out what HER mistake was because she never called back..not even to apologize for yelling at me. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you can't count, why work at a bank?

      Staff are always friendly, rarely a line (anymore), and if you are a regular banking customer they will recognize you as such. I'm almost always greeted as soon as I walk through the door. I never use the drive thru windows so I cannot comment. Only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is that the ATM's are always messed up it seems. Either they aren't operational, they aren't accepting deposits, or they are out of cash. It's a bit ridiculous to go to all 3 ATM's at this location just to find one that works properly (and even then, depositing cash can be an ordeal when the machine takes seemingly forever to count it and then spits out half the money... when all the bills are legitimate US currency).

      Came here to make a deposit at the ATM and 30 seconds into me counting the money to make sure it was all there, the ATM swallows my bank card and they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.
