  Horrible customer service all the way around. Purchased a vehicle and obtained the loan through ORNL. Attempted to use the banking app, and have since been locked out of my entire account for 2 months. After attempting to contact the customer care line during different times of day/evening/mornings, I've been on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes each time without ever speaking to a representative. The autmoatic hold voice says that my call is important to them, but clearly it is not. Horrible system ran so poorly, I have intention on finding another bank to transfer my loan to.

  We love our ORNL as a whole, but this location is not taking care of it's customers! If your ATM has been down for almost a full week because lightning hit it, then maybe instead of fooling with it to no avail, just replace the dang thing already! It's pretty bad when a customer can't even get ahold of their own branch on the phone to talk to them .. no, instead I have to go through the call center! Then you have the call center tell me to go to an ATM 35 miles away from my home! I work in Knoxville, but I am NOT driving home to get the funds that I need to deposit TODAY and driving all the way back to Knoxville! Maybe I need to rethink having all our eggs in one basket and look into another financial institution ... this is ridiculous! I feel like I live in Mayberry, LOL! What about your customers who do not have the convenience of working in Knoxville or around another ATM location or are not able to get to your location when your bank is open? Lovely customer service through a call center rep! This is just crazy!

  Lori and her staff are always willing to help with any banking issues. I have been a member since 1999 and ORNL is my go to credit union. I always look forward to seeing the staff each week. It’s my favorite branch to visit.

  I recommend ORNL Sevierville for all your banking needs. Lori the bank manager and her staff are always so friendly to see. They always go above and beyond to make my banking experiences great. If you don’t bank with them your missing out.

  I love the Friendly and helpful staff here at this branch. Lori the branch manager is amazing. Jessica is super nice and willing to help. Kim is super sweet. I live in oak ridge and would rather bank in sevierville thank you to the staff of ornl sevierville branch for all you ladies do.

  Horrible never use ORNL ATM again. Im from out of state and used the ATM at this location to withdrawl 340 dollars. The ATM receipt stated incomplete transaction but deducted it from my account. The bank was closed so I called Customer Service. The customer service responce to me was " What do. you want me to do because their is nothing that I can do because Im a call center". 300 dollars might not be much to some but its much to me. If never had an experience like that from a bank representative before. I would never put a dime into that bank. That God I have a wonderful bank. Local Government Federal Credit Union that jumped into action and had Visa to refund my money. People please make sure that you always get a receipt at the ATM so you can have proof when shady situations like this happen. For the ones that think this bank is great smh because you haven't experienced real banking. Signed Tamira Hightower

  I had an auto loan through them and had one late payment but paid the loan off and in good standings. Went to get another loan from them and was denied. Even after paying my loan off??? Wouldn't advise anyone to use this credit union. Don't be loyal to a place who isn't loyal to there customers. There are to many credit unions out there besides this one.

  I've been a member here for nearly 2 years now and have never had an issue with customer service. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Online banking is superb and very easily navigated. Top notch fraud department. Not planning on banking anywhere else.
